Feeling effects of eating disorder

I'm just coming off the back of an eating disorder where I dropped almost 3.5 stone. I think I ended up around 7 stone during the course of it, but I'm now back up to 10.5 and working out/leading a fairly healthy lifestyle again.

However, one thing I've noticed is that I've pretty much lost all my ''sex drive'' and haven't been able to ejaculate since the condition began around April/May. I'm only 17 years old and I'm starting to worry. I thought at the time it could have been due to my non-existant diet and I wasn't developing properly but my diet has been solid for a couple of months now and nothing has changed.

It's starting to affect my confidence a little and I just really want to start living the life I had before.

If anyone could help, that'd be amazing. Thanks.

Re: Feeling effects of eating disorder

Hello musikal,

Have a complete physical done(including bloodwork) by your primary care physician.

If he sees nothing from the results then jhe may refer you to a urologist.

Eating disorders throw the body's normal cycle off in many different ways.

If the urologist cannot help at that point, there may be a psychological component to consider.

Respectfully
Phoenix
