I was dx in March of 2010 with Hashimotos. TSH was 77 and antibodies were both over 500 and I had a large goiter with enlarged thyroid without nodules. I have been on Levothyroxine 125 for about 10 months. Levels on 8/31/10 were TSH 1.73 FT4 1.34. I got labs drawn on 2/4/10 with the results of Free T4 1.89 and TSH 0.16. I feel terrible. I have no energy,no appetite,diarrhea and have noticed that I have lost a couple of pounds. I also have this annoying feeling of fullness in my throat as I did when I was originally dx in 2010. Is it normal to have a fullness in throat when TSH and FT4 is low. The doctor decreased my meds to 112mcg. I am afraid to take it because I don't want to get more hyper. Should I just not take it for a couple of weeks so that my TSH will go up. I have no idea what to do and I don't think the docs know either....
