Is than an endocrine disorder? Please help!

Hello. I am twenty one years old and really losing my mind. I do not know what to make of this. Here is what is happening to me, here is the background first...I have had hypertension since I was 18 years old and have been treated with hyzaar. It controlled my pressure beautifully. About 6 months ago my blood pressure began to rise again so they raised it 25/100 rather than 12.5/100. It still did not really do the job, I just figured I needed to lose some weight and that would make the difference with hyzaar controlling it for me.

I was tested for cushing's syndrome before because I have a red, round face, stretch marks, thinning hair, abdominal weight with thinner limbs, hypertension etc. The doctor said I do not have it because although I had many tests that indicated extremely high cortisol levels, other tests did not. He chalked my cortisol levels up to emotional stress and abdominal weight. I also take some other medications for mental disorders, I take aplenzin, lamictal, strattera and vyvanse.

I have always been a very sensitive person with extremely sensitive skin. I have always been prone to odd skin issues like uticaria of unknown origin and all sorts of reactions. Last year, I had a thorough endocrine work up by my psychiatrist's request. They checked for EVERYTHING ; thyroid, prolactin issues, growth hormone, female hormone panel, vitamin d, vitamin b and everything else under the sun.

So anyway, that was the backround information let me tell you what is going on now. Well, I have always had pretty chubby fingers but a couple of weeks ago I noticed something very odd. My fingers were all swelling and a red puffy area formed below the knuckle (right before my actual hand starts). The swelling begin to become painful and my fingers began to feel heavy so I went to the doctor. He chalked it up to water retention and told me to cut out the soda, chips and drink plenty of water. That is what I assumed it was since my period came the next day. I kind of forgot about it but days later, the swelling began to get worse and more painful.

When I was in class, it became so red and a red lacy rash started to radiate up both my arms. I got very scared and went straight to the doctor. The doctor said it looked like an allergic reaction but ran a battery of blood tests to rule out other causes. The tests are not back and I am going out of my mind. I can barely move my fingers, they feel so heavy and look like red sausages. There is still an odd, flat, red rash on my arms. There are spots of white on it. I have not felt myself lately...I have been so lethargic and weak I can barely sit up. All I wanted to do is sleep and it is not depression or my ADHD this time. I also have chronic dry mouth and my face is so dry. What do you suspect? Please let me know what you think might be going on? Thanks
