possible hyperparathyroidism

I have had all the blood and urine labs and the results don't seem to be conclusive. My doctor mentioned that my phosphorus to chloride ration is not good. I am waiting to get the lab results in writing. What are normal ratios for these? My PTH level is 75. The complicating facto in my case is that I have only one kidney and my endo seems to think that that is a reason alone to have surgery for hyperparathyrodism .
