Question Mri

Hello all..

I had an MRI last month and have just got the results. Some abnormalities were found and pituitary inflammation.

I'm not sure what that means, my consultant was so busy that day that I was in and out in ten mins. He told me I will going back into the clinic for more tests, something to do with finding out which side of the pituitary is affected, posterior or anterior??? so confused.

Is there anyone out there that has gone through this, any advice would be great, thank you
