Thanks for interest ...
i have polyuria, polydipsia, loss of memory moments, short breathness, armpit pain, numbness, pins and needles, problems with vision - seeing reflections
and I lost field of vision sometimes, easily bruised skin, pain in the fingers
in touching objects, fatigue, sleepiness, lack of energy ... .....
I'm kind of in your shoes. I've had four aldosterone tests done within the past few months and all came back high with normal renin. Did your general practitioner do these tests or are you seeing an endocrinologist? I am also having neurological symptoms as well. I would ask your doctor if he feels that it is Primary Aldosteronism with a Aldosterone to
Renin ratio test, then seek a cause. I know we "should" have high blood pressure with high aldosterone. Wishing you the best of luck. Maybe we can update each other? I see my endo this week.
