saraviolet Newbie (female) Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Houston Posts: 7	what is the relation between low TSH and high PTH? Hi, In my annual exam report, I had low TSH (0.04), mild high T4 (4.7). My doctor tested me for TSI to see if I have Grave's disease. My TSI is normal. but my PTH and ionized calcium are mildly elevated. And, now I am really confused. If I have hyperparathyroid, what does it have to do with TSH and T4?
