Endometriosis Problems need alil advice & Help - Endometriosis Message Board

well im only 19 and have had pain for a few years now!i have been told endo is very uncommon in youths. and after many different pain releave medications and it not working i was sent to a gyno to sort my pain.

i have just 3 days ago had a laparoscopy to see what the problem is! and yes sadly enough it was endo and with a very unadventful recovery from surgery. i have to go back to the surgen in 7 days to discuss my results and further treatment.

ive been researching before my lap about endo so i kinda know wat it involves but id just want some advice from other that are in my situation and where and what to do from here!

Read the thread "could I have endo" on this page, I think you will find it very helpful. I was diagnosed with endo at 21. I am now 26. Endo is NOT uncommon with youths. There is a Nat'l Association for Teens with Endo in the U.S. Feel free to ask me any questions.
