Unhappy endometriosis
I'm 15 and my doctor diagnosed me with the early signs of endometriosis. If there is anyone going through the same thing, I need someone to talk to.

I'm sorry to hear that! I hear endometriosis is quite painful. However, isn't it something you can operate on?

I have had vulvar vestibulitis for a long time, which is another pain-related woman problem. It's frustrating how difficult it is to find other young people with problems like that!

Perhaps if you posted in the women's health board, you'd find a significant number of other people with endometriosis who could offer a bit of support.

Hi Courious,

Im so sorry to hear you have endo. I am 28 and I have had it since i was a teenager also. I have had several laparoscopies to treat it, but mine keeps coming back. I have also tried injections called Lupron to help, but they didnt. They made me crazy. I just had surgery again last year the doctor lasered what he could out. If you need someone to talk to im here. I understand totally. Good luck Girl!

i read in my mom's medical book that it is possible to surgically remove the uterus to make sure it didn't come back. it is very painfull and it took me ten times going to the doctor for pain before she said that it is possible that it's endo. this is all very confusing i just didn't know something like this could happen to someone as young as me. i'm just so overwhelmed by it.
