I was diagnosed same thing about 3 years ago, except in mine left fallopion tube was joined to stomach wall. they did laparatomy ( open cut)to fix this, of course no organ was removed. even after all this I am not able to do any work, pain stomach, back and my left leg is much weaker. it is because of scar tissue or nerve was bothered during the surgery.
I would do much investigate before any even small surgery.Before agree to any surgery:-For Endo try other medicine, acupuncture, or even hormone injections. I read somewhere you can still get pregnant if your one fallopian tube is fine.
