Hi! I have endometriosis too. My doctor never advised me not to use tampons, though I've read that some doctors speculate tampons to be a possible factor in developing endometriosis, something that I think hasn't really been proven. Ask your doctor just to be on the safe side.
I'm not a big fan of tampons, mainly because I usually have really heavy periods and it's really uncomfortable.
