Severe Pain w/endometriosis
 

I have been is such severe pain for most of the last eleven days, that I have been hospitalized for pain control most of that time. My diagnosis came after being medicated with 8 mg of morphine every three hours, for a week, and being sent home with a bucket of powerful narcotics to live on.

Before today, I have never known anything about endometriosis (although my mother informs me today that she suffered with it for years).

I saw a new OB/Gyn today that suggested putting me into menopause to relieve the pain... Anyone with experience that could share some info about this, please tell me what you can. Thanks.
