| Endometrium 12mm thick, r. ovary not seen

I am new to this forum and am grateful to have found it! In 2008 US showed nabothian cysts on cervix, anterior wall fibroids, cysts in my left ovary (normal size) and cysts in my right ovary (3x bigger than left). Since then I have been monitoring with US regularly however my latest US last week showed fibroids gone, cysts from inside left ovary gone and cervix clear - I was happy because I thougth for sure the BSM (blackstrap molasses) was working. Now I am scared because the US did not show my right ovary. My endometruim is 12 mm thick. Since last year, I experience pain in my tail bone and it is difficult to get up when sitting for long. Also I experience pinching and cramping from the right ovary, into my hip, my gut area is distended a bit and have missed periods. I will have another US done next week and am scared now - they said I had a bulging uterus. Any replies will be very much appreciated.
