I don't get the headache, but I get similar symptoms to you, and I experience major problems with my heart rhythm when I encounter dust, or petroleum products, or carbonless paper, or blue dye, or glossy paper, or smoke, etc. I also get a strange taste, but I get the taste only when I am feeling better.
We've gotten rid of our wall to wall carpetting and use washable throwrugs. We've also gotten rid of all of our upholstered furniture.
I have made a change that has really helped me. It hasn't taken away my sensitivites, but it has improved my health.
You've probably already made these changes, but I'll mention them anyway.
I've stopped using detergents and fabric softeners, and use baking soda instead. We washed every stitch of clothing, sheets, bedding, socks, underwear, towels, etc., with baking soda only.
I brush my teeth with baking soda and water, and I use baking soda and water as a deoderant. Since I've made these changes I've felt a lot better, and I don't react as much to items that have bothered me before.
After ten days of feeling great, I've had two days of problems, which are different from what I suffered before. I don't know if it is a withdrawal problem from being off the "toxic" chemicals, or if my heart meds are now working differently now that my body is no longer being attacked by the chemicals. Right now, though, I am feeling pretty good.
Do you remember when your problems started? Mine started when I let a sinus infection go too long without treatment.
