Help. Could this be affecting my health?
 

Hello, I've been feeling pretty crappy for the past couple years and I know for a fact that this discoloration has been in my bathroom in our basement for quite some time I just never really got it checked out..(family of procrastinators). But I was hoping someone could tell me if this is for sure mold and if it is what i should do about it....all help is GREATLY appreciated! Thankss...
