Question eeg and seizure medication
I am going to have my EEG on the 11th of January. ( I had a tonic-clonic seizure on November 18) I am currently on Lamotrigine Lamictal. I was wondering if the test will show false normal results because of the medication? I forgot to ask my Neurologist when he put me on this medication three weeks ago. Any imput would be appreciated..

I am not sure, but you could ask the tech when you have the EEG. It is possible to even have a normal EEG if there is no seizure captured at that time.....

Ask the neuro when you get the results
