My daughter Bonnie has had seizures since she was 8 (diagnosed then, had them for years before this). She is now 14 1/2. Hers were controlled for years, until she hit puberty 2 years ago. Have had problems controlling them since then.
Your sister may be fixing to hit puberty and that's what's going on. It is common for this to happen. A lot of females have more seizures each month at that time.
Is your sister seeing a epileptologist, nero who specializes in epilepsy? That would help.
