| help with my 2 yr old.. advice plse.
Ok peeps heres my question to ya all and I would be very very gr8full if any of you lot could help. OK heres the basics, I was when i was 6months old given a vaccination, sommit tripple polio sommit, anyway I became ill, got a ear infection and became deaf, also, around the same time I became epileptic, and when my mam asked questions they admitted that it was down to the fact that i had had this tripple vaccination, and that my grandad had had epilepsy. So all in all I ended up being the one with lol epilepsy. Any way so heres the question, Lewis my 2 year old son, has not has his MMR jab, only because that he may become epileptic and well suffer like i did after. Now, on the sheet that they give out AFTER your child has had the mmr its says not to be given to childran with epilepsy in the Family. I dunno if im doing the right thing not giving Lewis the mmr jab, cuse Im hearin alot of bad things about the MMR. I'v thought about settin up a contract that the doctor/s or nurse signs before they give Lewis the jab, saying that, basicly if he starts showing any bad signs after this jab it is there resposibilty and they take the rap for it. I dunnoo, so help if you want, but please could you just say if you been in this situation, what you did, or if you know anyone else thats gone through this. Fank you. I just dont wanna regret not doing noffin, or giving him the MMR.
