I was diagnosed with epilepsey in 2002. I had a head injury and lost my hearing and all. Anyway, I have convulsions and I am very tired afterwards. I dont even have a clue its happening. Sometimes, I like lose time. I can be talking and then I space out completely and then (they say) about 25 seconds later I come back and pick up where I was to begin with.
I visited a friend the other evening and they said I had 3 seizures back to back. I dont know. They said they called my childrens dad to come get me and take me home because I couldnt even walk well. He said he got me in my place and I crashed on the couch. I woke up the next day with a massive headache. Now....the weird part. I have had numerous tests done, and all show no signs of seizures. What gives?? It dont make any sence to me. I am on Keppra 2000 mg a day, Neurontin 900mg a day and phenobarbitol 120 mg a day. I use to be on Depakote 1500mg a day, but I couldnt handle the side effects, so my dr weaned me off. I feel like I am crazy or something because the tests are all negative. They withdrew my licence since 2002 too. Anyone else?? Or am I really just nuts?? Help please! ~KandE
