Hi,

I usually post on the depression board, but I have a question that the people here are more qualified to answer.

My nephew has been diagnosed with Jacksonian seizures. Can anyone tell me anything about them?? I would greatly appreciate the info.

Jacksonian seizures are a form of partial seizures, where the 'jerking' starts in one part of the body, and moves to other parts in a sequence that generally stays the same over time. They aren't associated with any intellectual delays or other developmental problems. Adults can get them too.
