I went to the neuro today and asked her about magnesium for helping with memory. She had never heard of using it for that matter. I told her of the info that I had gotten off the board (that it must be a pescription dose).

She told me that it she knew it was used for migrane headaches. She said she would look into it and let me know.

So if I get any info from her I'll let you know, or if there is any question that I may have asked her, please let me know.
