Question parent seeks advice for child

My daughter is 12 was diagnosed with mild diplegia (C.P) at 2, her seizures were diagnosed at 7 yrs as complex partial although this sometimes changes. She mainly has nocturnal seizures, they are well controlled with Tegratol. I am interested in talking to other parents with children around this age who have this and learning difficulties. What I would really like, is for some people to put in words how a seizure feels when coming on, when happening and how you feel directly after and then next few days. I would like to learn more about how to offer good comfort and support and she is not very good at explaining her sensations and feelings

Hi Mickey! I don't check this site very often and I don't mean to barge in on your post here but I just thought you may want to know that there is a better message board site out there for children with neurological problems.

Hayleys Mom please do not advertise other forums here at healthboards thank you
