how do you know if you have had a seizure in your sleep? i sleep on the couch from about 3 am on with my 1 year old because she hasnt been feeling well and didnt want to sleep in her bed last night since my husband had to get up and go to work at 7am i didnt want her to bother him (her crib is in our room) so me and her slept on the couch.i finally woke up came to whatever at about 10am this morning and thats not normal for me i am usually up at 7 or 8 i have 3 kids total and when i did get up i was very disorented had no idea where i was or anything very off balance my arms and legs are very sore i mean every thing seems to point to the fact that i had a grand mal except for one of my famous traits i dont have a bit up tounge thats how i always seem to know for myself that i have had a seizure i was here alone just me and my 3 kids my oldest that is 4 told me that i was sick so i am thinking that i had one but im not possitive any one have any ideas?
