video eeg? - Epilepsy Message Board

I just had a 1 weak stay in the hospital where they did a video eeg can any one tell me how long it takes to get results from this test? they say one month and i've been waiting since march just to get some ansers in the meen time my wife is not very happy because the drs wont let me work untill my seizures are under controll.

i have had 2 of those done and i always had my results in a couple of days a week at the most maybe it just depends on where you have it done and how busy the dr is

I had a one week stay in the hospital for a video-EEG and the doctors always told me at the end of each day whether or not I had any seizure activity that day.
