I see the meds everyones on and it floors me. I'm on 200mg of Carbatrol 2x a day and I rarely can handle that much and I only take one. For a little while last spring I was having problems with my seizures and the neuro gave me a 300mg and it totally totally knocked me out. I was so drugged up and sick.
Whats everyone else on?

I am currently on Keppra 1500mg twice a day and Lamictal 200mg twice a day. I've tried a few others but had bad side effects, these have been my wonder drug in 3 more days I will have been seizure free for 1 year!!! Not that I count the days or anything

I am on 2000mg keppra...150mg zoloft and have 1mg xanax to take "when needed" I had some side effects of the zoloft at first and then again after it was upped to the now 150 but i think (let me say i pray) that things are starting to finally level off. If I take a xanax close to when i take my keppra...forget it its over and within an hour im sleeping. The sad thing is, ya never know when you might have a panic or anxiety attack. I take 1000mg keppra and 100 mg zoloft firts thing in morning then 50mg of zoloft around 2pm then 1000mg keppra at bedtime and the xanax as needed. Sometimes i really hate medicine but it has helped in more ways than bad and its juts another thing i have to deal with now...as my husband "so lovingly" puts... have a great day
