burping

I know this is going to sound wierd, but for about the last six months or so I have started having very lound burps that will last for a very long time and be very close together.

I they started when my neuro adjusted my VNS moniter. The last visit I had I told him about it. He adjusted it again (this was for a normal visit to have it tuned up). The burping went away for about two weeks or so and then it started up again.

I don't think it's from something I'm eating, because I'm doing it all the time, even when I haven't eaten for a few hours before hand. I don't drink carbonated beverages and I usually don't drink things with caffene in them.

I take a hi dosage of meds - tegratol, depicote, lamictal, keppra and vitamins.

I do it when I'm out in public and at home and it can be quite embarassing at times.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, or even has any suggestions as to what I might beable to do to get it to stop?

Thanks
