have question about mri findings need advice.dont know what it means....

i had mri done in july w/o contrasts, the reading on mri report says this seven noncontrasted sequences were obtained ,diffusion weighted sequence was included.there are no prior studies for comparison they will compare with my old mri most likely i had in mar 07.

there is no evidence for acute intracranial hemorrhage, mass,or mass effect .there are no abnormalextra-axial fluid collections.the ventricular system is within normal limits .the diffusion weighted sequence does not demonstrate any area of restricted diffusion .the coronal sequences do not demonstrate any evidence for mesial temporal sclerosis .there is a small amount of mucperiosteal thickening in the left sphenoid sinus .

impression:
1.small amount of mucoperiosteal thickening in the left sphenoid sinus.
2.no other abnormality is identified on the noncontrast mri of the brain ,

i dont know what my eeg showed i see the specialist this friday sept 19th .
so can any of you out there explain to me what this readings mean and what are sequences ?
also im having constant headaches and sometimes i fall and sometimes not and my neuro says im having seizures so what does all this mean im so sick of taking the medication too i been on depakote er 1,000 mgs since dec 07 500 am 500 pm .
any advice would help me here i dont understand any of this.
thanks vickie
