 In a haze
About 2yrs. ago after a colonoscopy, when coming out coming out of anesthetic, I had a severe tonic/clonic siezure lasting about 45mins. I was put on keppra then neurontin, and had to stop because of side effects after 6mos.. After a couple of months I had another episode lasting about 30mins., and started on vimpat. I've had fewer migranes, but still some ocassional head aches. After 4mos. I started having shorter episodes lasting 5-8mins.. I've one long-term monitering, about 3days, and nothing. Still have yet to be diagnosed, pc and neuro docs not showing interests in doing so. These siezures seem to be stimulated by a feeling of an anxious/heart-attack like sensation, emotional stress, and sometimes flashing lights. I often expirience memory loss and confussion. Advice on my next steps in this journey would appreciated... Thank You...
