Well I went back to my Neuro today and we decided that clobazam is no longer an option for me. I will continue with my 300mg of topamax daily and I am to begin taking 250mg twice daily of valproic acid (I can't remember some of the other names...Depakote maybe?) and to be honest, I am really nervous. I'm starting at the end of next week...I have a few things to do before I want to be cooped up waiting. I already have enough complex partials, I don't know what to expect because I'll be going through withdrawals (from my clobazam) and going on new meds and I have tonic clonics a few times a year...it's been a few months since my last one. I'm also kind of excited to think that I may be about to hit a good combo of meds
I know one day I'll get the right combination and be seizure free...after all, I've only been trying for 21 years
