Switching from Keppra XR to Zonisamide.. need some help
I am switching from Keppra XR 500 mg (1 in the morning and 2 at night) to Zonisamide 100 mg (1 at night for a wk and 2nd wk start 2 pills).. The dr wants me to wean off of the Keppra XR but never said how he wanted me to and I realized that after I was home and the dr office was closed.

Any ideas of how would be the best way to wean off the Keppra XR??

Im also on keppra, but if I were you I would contact your neuro before weaning off just to make sure which way they want you to do it since all individuals hace diferent effects. Best of luck!
