| Newbie question
Hi All-
I was referred here from the MS board. I had an EEG done in November. My Neuro said it seemed pretty normal until the end, during the last 15 seconds, I had some obvious Theta wave slowing. He then said he wanted to put me on an anti-seizure med and prescribed me Lamictal. I already take Lyrica for nerve pain. He then said that he believed this is why I had been experiencing Jamais Vu and inability to come up with information that I would clearly know like my name when asked at times. He also said that this might help my other neurological issues. He the said see me in 3 months. So what now? I mean theta wave slowing means what I asked him and he said there is some scarring there. I am still not understanding or I guess I feel slighted because I am having so many different neurological issues. I started seeing him because a Physiatrist said I had a Upper Motor Neuron Disorder. Is anyone familiar with this?
