Are you having any symptoms? I talked to my doctor, just yesterday, and he said that the IGM indicates ACTIVE or chronic active infection, and that it is very common for people to have varying levels of antibodies for the other values - and that can be perfectly normal. But, frankly, I have received conflicting information from different people in the same doctor's office. It appears as if an infectious disease specialist is the person whom can answer these questions, as they are trained in viruses/bacterial infections.
