Hi,
Thanks for the reply. It is so frustrating trying to make heads or tails with this thing. I did get a terrible bout of mono when in my teens(quite sometime ago now) and lots of recurrent strep and/or swollen glands. As I started having increasing amounts of crashing with swollen glands and extreme fatigue, my doctor ran alot of labs to rule out any other possibilities. The only thing that came back was the EBV-IgG >170(0-20)..positive for having had mono and currently showing antibodies. The EBV-IgM was normal showing that I did not have a current mono virus. I know once you get it you have the virus forever and mostly it doesn't bother people but I just know when the glands swell, the extreme fatigue is just hours away. Another thing I found out is that there is such a thing called Chronic Epstein Barr Syndrome.
I have to really pace myself all the time or I will pay the price...even stress will do it. I am currently looking into every way possible to build up my immune system.
It could always be worse~
