PLEASE HELP ME!!! Just diagnosed, fever for five weeks and...

I've got mono and vit. D deficiency severly low (9) and a fever that is mostly in the 90's sometimes up to 101.6. This has been for five weeks. The soft tissues in my neck hurt with pin points of pain going up and down the inside of neck on the sides, sometimes my gums will hurt not too much, or then under my tongue. I have body aches all over and I'm sick and achy and cannot do ANYTHING! Since I have had the fever for 5 weeks straight, my doctor is referring me to a infectious disease specialist. Before I was diagnosed two days ago I have been to my Rheumatologist to find out if I have Lupus or RA or Sorjorens sorry can't spell it. Don't have those. CBC panel is just fine. Nothing showing anything wrong. I did however look at my HCT or hematocrit level and in the normal range it goes up to like something like 30-47. After 47 it's in the abnormal range. My number was 47. Hello doctor, auh ya might want to look at this as something, maybe???? I had swollen finger joints before I had mono, joint pain in almost every joint in my body except ankles. Then I got really tendon pain in my shoulders and knee. Then I got long bone pain in one leg and one arm lasting one week. Then they diagnosed me just two days ago with mono. I'm in the convelescant stage, but the fevers won't let down. Could anyone tell me what a disease specialist will look for? Could this be possible Myocarditis since it brings fever that doesn't go away? I FEEL SOOOO AWEFUL.. The doc said my lymph nodes aren't swollen they did a CT scan from my eyes to my sternum, and found nothing wrong. No swollen glands they said, yet it hurts in my neck in the area of the lymphnodes... Just two weeks ago, I ITCHED all over for exactly one week with no known cause, changed soap etc... That went away!!!!! I am fed up!!!!! My upper spine is achy and soar here and there...
I asked if it were possibly you know myocarditis because I have a sister who is wearing a difibulator in her chest as she has Cardiomyopathy diag. in 1999 w/a five year chance of survival she is 63, and I'm a female and I'm 51. Sometimes people don't get just how bad or sick you feel and then for some reason my 12 yr old son and my 17 yr old daughter look at me as if to say, why aren't you doing anything around here? It's just really hard... Can someone give me insight? Remember I'm severely vit d deficient and that number is very low, it's at just 9. Thank you all in advance
