I would not get panicked about this, and I would make sure your labs have been interpreted properly. Many people are told they have viral infections, when in fact, their antibody levels only indicate past infection. So first I would get a copy of your results, and if you want, you can post them or research therm yourself. In general, IGG by itself means past infection and is not significant. IGM by itself means acute infection and both IGG and IGM + means a resolving acute (recent) infection. The viral titers can get complex, so there may be more than that on your lab results, but that is the simple version for interpretation.
