What can I do for a flat stomach? I have belly fat and I am trying to lose it.

Start drinking green tea everyday, atleast twice a day! It can help you lose excess fat. And start with regular walking and exercise.

You can't just lose weight in one spot. Eat less, exercise more...

Try Yoga, it is the best remedy for you. Start doing Tadasan everyday after waking up. It really works.
