Lose belly fat and maintain weight

Lose belly fat and maintain weight

I have an underweight bmi and I have a belly. I do not know how I can burn this belly fat without losing weight. I have already started to eat more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables as well as cutting back on processed foods and refined carbs. However I am unaware on how I can lose belly fat and maintain my current weight. Do I continue eating the same amount of calories and do more cardio and ab workouts, or do I have to cutback on calories?

A probiotic might help in case you are simply bloated. Interval training (walk 2-3 blocks then sprint 1or 2, etc) can help as well though you'd have to up your calories to keep from losing weight.

Just continue eating healthy food. Focused on cardio workout and abs, but you need to build muscles as well to maintain your current weight.
