| Sharp Pain
A few months ago I started walking the treadmill (at a speed of 4.0) for 1/2 hour twice a day. So far I lost 18 lbs. I need to lose at least another 50 lbs.
For a little over a week, when I 1st get on the treadmill and start walking, I get a sharp pain on my right side just under my ribs. After about a minute, the pain pretty much goes away.
The pain doesn't keep me for working out.
I don't have pain when I'm sitting or working (I'm a vendor and go from store to store and put our products on the shelves). My work is moderately active but no pain.
I can move my body twist and turn and no pain while off the treadmill.
However, when I walk to my car (at a normally fast pace), I get that sharp pain. When I go shopping and walk pretty fast in the store when I just want to get what I want and then just get out of there, I get that pain. Also, sometimes I feel a tightness in that area when sitting or moving around.
Do you think this could be side stitch pain? I do have a sludge in my gallbladder but never really had a problem with it. Besides, I don't have pain after eating.
I don't have any other symptoms but my stools are on the softer side (not quite diarrhea) and not to be gross but it's a little lighter brown than normal.
Any idea what this could be?
Thanks,
Bernice
