What are the best exercise for slimming legs and arms?
Mine have gotten kind of big for a person my size.
It's not fat either.
They're firm as heck, which is nice, but not feminine.

Start only working them out with LIGHT wieghts, high reps. Only work them out like 1 time a week, just to keep them toned.
