the "small" of my back
here's my deal, i'm a skinny girl and lately i've been disgusted with the region of my body dead center just above my butt. the *small* of my back is gross and fat.. that entire little area is where all my body fat seems to go, not even in the stomach so much..just on the backside. sorry, i don't know technical terminology for these sorts of things, but i'm sure you catch my drift.
so here's my question/s... i know there's no such thing as spot reduction, but i dont want to lose weight. as i said i'm already skinny accept for in that region. would doing cardiovascular like stair climbing or something along that line help? or are there any exercises i that would tone it? i suppose i don't want to add muscle along WITH the fat, right? b/c then it would be even bigger. I'm rambling. ANY advice would be appreciated. I'm feeling extremely motivated. thank you.
