I wouldn't. Cell tech contains 75 grams of sugar, way more than you need for a post workout shake.
Actually, Cell tech isn't a very good choice of creatine supp. The afore mentioned 75 grams of sugar is too much. Research supports 20-25 grams. The ALA contained in it degrades when exposed to air. A couple of days after opening, the ALA is all gone. Finally, 10 grams of creatine is twice the recommended amount for a person less than 250lbs.
