Hello, Yes, I've gotten excellent results with these tapes. I've actually have nice lean muscles on my arms and abs. I've never had muscles before. I'm also two sizes smaller than I was in college, but I weight 5 lbs. more. (College - 110 lbs., Now- 115; College - size 8, Now - size 6) I didn't start the tapes until I was 30, so at that time I weighed 120 lbs. before I started the tapes. I'm 41 now. It really didn't take long to see the results either...Only 3 months. The videos work for me, because I really need to have someone to follow. If I try to do it on my own, I don't do enough of certain types of exercise. I also don't feel like driving to a gym.
The tricks that I have found that work for me are...1. I really have to be consistant.- Exercise every day, but don't bash myself if I need to skip a few days due to female stuff...2. I have to exercise when it is conveinent (bad spelling girl) for me.- I exercise when everyone in the house is sleeping, so there are no interuptions and no rude comments from the peanut gallery...3. I have a variety of tapes, so I am doing the weight barring exercises every other day and aerobic exercises on non-weight days.
