Yeah, it's a real kicker! Although I'm not incorporating HIIT into my cardio regime now, but I used to do the Max-OT (I'll start back in the spring).
*I would walk 1 minute on the treadmill (level 1) , then run 30 seconds (level 12)....It's a really good work-out!
