can you do the french press thing (triceps) without a barbell...I'd just like to use a couple of 5lb plates (I know, that's pretty sad...I can barely lift my barebell in that position)
also, could someone explain the pyramid principle thing on the pumping station (begginers)...I'm having trouble understanding what that one rep max thing is and the % of that?
