What motivates you to work harder?

For me its someone telling me I can't do it, nothing will make me work harder to prove someone wrong about doubting.

I post pictures up of girls with hard toned bodies, up on my little cork-board... That helps remind me about my goal, and that I want to look like them!

What motivates me? ME! I'm tired of hearing myself say "I can't" and I'm tired of crying because I can't fit into my clothes, or they don't look right. No one is going to do the work for me. I just wish I could see results sooner, I'd be even more motivated.

now a response from a guy...

I think disproving someone is a big one. I got that from my mom, my sister, and her bf, ****ed me off. My mom later apologized though. The fact that they say "there's no way you can" just makes me so pumped! I have gotten past the point of "i have to look like _______". I do it for me, and to disprove and achieving goals is a biggie as well.

Also seeing results when I look into the mirror is a big one as well. . . theres nothing like flexin in the mirror and finally havin a 6 pack or big arms. ..
