Hi, all! I just bought an exercise ball and am very excited to start using it. Unfortunately, it came with a pump and that's IT! No exercise guide or anything.
I am 5'7 and 137 pounds (I think 30 of that is in my butt and thighs!

) I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a good video or web site that shows different exercises that might target that area. I have 2 videos that I do at home that have helped a lot. I had let myself go and was up to 155 2 months ago! Just really need to tone now.
Also, if anyone has used one of these balls and would share your thoughts on them, I would appreciate it!
