| Cardio
I'm really into Cardio workouts.
I have a stationary bike, an old one. (really difficult to move pedals, hard on legs)
Now is this good for cardio ?
The thing is. I know that on a treadmill I can run for an hour at least. I have great stamina and currently am in pretty good shape.
The thing is, on my staionary bike I can only go for about 10 minutes.
Its not that I get really tired overall, but my legs are killing me so much that I just have to stop.
I am abit tired, but its mainly my legs.
So I was wondering, what is this really helping ?
What else can I do which would be better for my whole body ?
I just feel that maybe on the staionary bike its mainly my legs.
I know for a fact that on a treadmill I can run for over an hour.
I dont have much time in the day though, and the gym is quiet abit far from me.
I do about 2.5km each day on the stationary bike.
