I just read in a magazine in which J.Lo said when she first started working with a personal trainer she told him she didn't want to lose her curves ( the famous butt

) .So what she does is strength training to add sexy definition . she said she doen't overdue it with cardio because you know that is what burns fat. It says she opts for exercises that accentuate her curves,not ones that whittle those womanly curves to nothing

i read this because i was wondering how i would looked toned and leaner without losing my great curves. The article doesn't give any example exercises or routines so i was wondering do you'll have any ideas of any strength training routines
