Hi mjm, I have been looking everywhere for that 500ml carton of egg whites but I cant't seem to find it. Can you explain exactly what they are and what brands you can get because they might not be sold in Australia. Thanks alot

I'm sure the brands will vary from country to country. Check with a health food store, or ask someone at your local grocery store if they carry something like that. The kind I get is called "Better n Eggs". Any kind of egg substitute will suffice really (or just seperate your own?)

Hey naxis thanks for the reply. I asked my health food specialist today and she said she has never heard of anything like that. I live in Australia so i'm not too sure if they'll have it out here. Hope so. Anyone heard of them being sold here in Australia?

yeah, Naxis is right, The Brand I buy is called "NaturEgg" if you can't find them though just separate the whites yourself from regular eggs.
