| I Dont understand..i aint losing any fat
I have fat on my chest and stomach-2 big tummy rolls. I run everyday for about 2 hrs at my sport's practice. I stop eating all junk food. I drink gatorade, juice, and water barely anythign else. I still have fat but my endurance and speed have gone up alot. I am wondering how come i am not losing any fat?????
